1. Introduction
Club Touriste (“we”) is committed to protecting the personal information of its customers and visitors, in accordance with Québec's Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information (S.Q. 2021, c. 25, “Law 25”). This policy describes what information we collect, why, how we use it and the rights available to you.

3. Personal information collected
3.1 Reservations (Libro)
Online reservations are handled by Libro (booking.libroreserve.com), a third-party provider that collects your first name, last name, email and phone number to manage your reservation. See Libro's privacy policy for the location of its servers and its practices.
3.2 Group request form
When you submit a quote request (groups, corporate, events), we collect your name, phone number, email, the type of event, the number of people, the preferred date and your message. Purpose: to respond to your request. This information is sent by email to our team (resto@clubtouriste.ca) through an email delivery service (Resend, United States); you receive an automatic acknowledgement at your address (a summary of your request, without your message), and the team then replies to you directly. Nothing is stored on this site. The form is protected against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile, which uses no tracking cookies. Requests are kept in our mailbox for as long as needed to process them and to meet our legal obligations.
3.3 Audience measurement (Google Analytics 4)
The site uses Google Analytics 4 (ID G-8JTHGEYTWG) only if you accept it. In practical terms, this means:
- Until you have made a choice, or if you decline: Google Analytics is not loaded. No cookie is placed on your device and no data is sent to Google.
- If you accept: Google Analytics places the
_gaand_ga_*cookies and measures the pages viewed, the length of visits, the source (search engine, social network, direct link), the type of device and browser, and an approximate location (city or region). This data is kept for at most 14 months, then deleted automatically. - No data is used for advertising purposes: Google's advertising settings remain disabled in all cases.
You can change your choice at any time using the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.
3.4 Traffic statistics (Vercel Web Analytics)
In addition, our host Vercel counts the site's page views anonymously and in aggregate, without any cookie and without recording your IP address. To avoid counting the same visit twice, a temporary fingerprint is computed from the request and automatically deleted after 24 hours. For each page view, the following are recorded: date and time, page address, referring site, approximate country and region, operating system, browser and device type. These statistics cannot identify you or track your browsing on other sites, and are never used for advertising.

5. Service providers and data location
- Vercel Inc. (United States): hosting of the site and of the function that processes the form, and anonymous cookie-free traffic statistics (section 3.4). No personal data is stored there.
- Resend (United States): delivery of the request form emails.
- Google LLC (United States): Google Analytics 4, subject to your consent.
- Libro: online reservations.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile): anti-bot verification of the request form, with no tracking cookie.
The fonts and the consent management module are hosted on this site; no request is sent to Google Fonts or to a third-party content delivery network.
6. Security measures
Encrypted communications (HTTPS/HSTS), content security policy (CSP), access to requests restricted to authorized team members, data minimization, prior consent for analytics. No system is infallible; in the event of an incident, we apply section 8.
7. Your rights
- Access to and correction of your information;
- Deletion once the purpose has been achieved;
- Withdrawal of consent to analytics cookies at any time;
- Portability in a structured format;
- Complaint to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI).

8. Confidentiality incident
In the event of an incident likely to cause serious harm, we take the necessary measures to reduce the risk, notify the Commission d'accès à l'information and the persons concerned, and record the incident in a register, in accordance with Law 25.
9. Changes
The date of the last update appears at the top of this page. Any substantial change will be announced by a visible notice on the site.
