What is the capacity for a group?
The minimum for a group booking is 20 guests. Maximum capacity is 120 guests with full private use of the 2nd and 3rd floors. The 3rd floor alone holds 35 to 80 guests. The terrace can host groups in summer, and private use is possible from 70 guests.
Are there room or booking fees?
No booking or room fees, except for private use of the 3rd floor alone ($150). For all other layouts, no additional fees.
Which meal formats are offered?
Plated table service, hot buffet, cold buffet, pasta bar, poutine bar, or cocktail reception. For groups of 30 or more, a set menu is required. Gluten-free, vegetarian and allergy-friendly options available.
Can we bring our own wine?
No. We have a full bar on site with a wine list, draft beer, signature cocktails, private imports and alcohol-free options. No BYOB.
Can we bring our own cake?
Yes. All groups may bring their birthday, wedding or other cake at no extra charge.
Are you open on weekends for groups?
We can open on Saturday at lunch or on Sunday for groups of 40 or more. Our regular hours are those of the restaurant.
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings and Christmas parties (December): 4 to 8 months ahead. For other events: ideally 1 to 3 months. For funeral receptions, we accept short notice.
Is there parking?
Yes. Parking is available on site and on the surrounding streets.
Is Club Touriste accessible to people with reduced mobility?
The Villa Cécilia is a heritage house built in 1901. The building is not adapted for people with reduced mobility. If some of your guests are affected, contact us to discuss the options.
