What types of professional events do you host?
Private conferences, professional training sessions, benefit galas, annual general meetings (AGMs), award ceremonies, dinner-conferences.
Is the private room suitable for a presentation?
Yes. Contact us in advance to discuss your technical needs (projector, microphone, screen) and the layout you want for your event.
What meal options do you offer?
Six options to choose from: plated table service, hot buffet, cold buffet, pasta bar, poutine bar or dinner-style cocktail reception. For groups of 30 people or more, a limited menu applies.
How far in advance should we book?
For galas and evening events, high-season weekends go quickly. Weekday conferences and training sessions offer more flexibility. Contact us to check availability.
What is the capacity for a conference or gala?
The minimum for a private group is 20 people. Maximum capacity is 120 people with private use of both floors 2 and 3.
Are there room fees?
No room or booking fees, except for private use of the 3rd floor alone ($150).
Can we bring our own wine or alcohol?
No. Club Touriste has a full bar on site with a wine list, signature cocktails, private imports, scotches and cognacs.
